I think blizzard is going to release more.
I think it says somewhere that this is just a description of some of the content that will be in the expansion. So there may be more instances than they 2.

I don't know about that, I think it's kinda logical.
If they were to introduce Outland, flying mounts would be almost a necessity, as Outland are just big chunks of rock floating around, and you'd need to fly to move between them.

The most interesting part of all, which has not been talked about:
Quote:
Continuing with the news about Outlands, that will be divided in many reagion, from rock and devasted Hellfire Peninsula to the forest of Zenga Marsh, one of the few zone of Draenor survived from destruction.
Excellent! Looks like the Outlands we've seen from the leaked screenshots a couple of months ago could very well be outdated. Seems to me that it won't be on the same datamap as Easten Kingdoms anymore (kinda no room for any more areas than the Hellfire Peninsula right now)... And we finally get to see more of Outlands than what we saw in Warcraft III and Warcraft II.

Excellent! Mushroom forests and murky green water!

Here's a map from Wikipedia

its not a fake article. from what i can gather, it seems like an oppinion/suggestion piece. i think these are idea's that the magazine would like to see and want to see made. alot of that info is based on popular rumors, so it just seems that all they did was expand those rumors and made it into a possible senario

If you have read the article TGM was invited at Blizzard offices in Irvine California, these are not opinion/suggestion.
But people are free to think that's still a fake.

heh, Larren, I would give up debating it, some people will never believe until they hear it from the horses mouth. The rest of us are very thankful for the great truthful information. I really hope they are saving the new classes as a suprise.

Please!

oh, larren, i want to say that even though i posted a skeptical comment about the flying mounts, i actually pretty much believe you and i do believe that your article is genuine (well, OMO is backing you up!).

but what i am saying is that i don't think we will be getting free-flying mounts. that doesnt sound likely.

come to think about it maybe the "flying" mounts will glide/float around on land and have the additional ability of flying between the floating chunks of land along established routes. how is that?

Imagine the flying mounts is needed to travel in the outlans without the need of using "normal" air trasportation(gryphon, hippogrif, bats, vyvern), and maybe to access some place only available for characthers with flying mounts.
So you need flying mounts for conserving money and for specific contents, it doesen't seem a bad idea to me.
It's not free, it will need a very long and very hard quest.
And remember it will be available only in outland not on azeroth.

Wonder if the Blood Elves will be led by Kael'Thas where they left Illidan or if they are the Blood Elves that stayed behind instead of following him. Would be more reasonable to see it being the Blood Elves that did not follow him to Outland with the Naga. Seeing as how a horde quest that makes you get a journal from the Blood Elf encampment in Eastern Plaguelands and slaughter many of them has Sylvanus saying in it how she dislikes and distrusts Kael'Thas.

But guess just will have to wait for Blizzcon when all the official word comes from Blizzard.

The blood elf are the elf who follow him so there is no doubt the blood elves lors is Kael'Thas. The one who did not follow him are High Elves that are differently from blood elves.

Huh?

No new classes, including the hero class? Flying mounts that can only be used in one area? Grinding up to level 70?(there is no way that Blizzard will create nearly enough quests to supply the experience that will be needed to level from 60-70).

If this is more or less all Blizzard has in store for the expansion, I am very underwhelmed. Here's hoping they have a surprise or two up their sleeves. Otherwise, with nothing interesting coming down the pike for the forseeable future, I can see many subscribers cancelling before this expansion is even released.

This is just like how WoW's beta began they give you what they have now and add more as they go. Originally Gnomes and Trolls were not in the game and were added over time along with several classes.

Its true, there really is doubt about that... but if what the article says is to be implimented is the only thing to be implimented, I'll be very frustrated.. Lots more stuff should (and Ik'm betting will) be added, I'm counting on bliz catering to those of us trying to lvl up instead of handing everything to the 60's/70's but none the less, thanks very much for the translation.

Not as unlikely as they sound at first. Flying mounts have been in the game, in early beta (or was it even alpha?). The main reason why Blizzard didn't want to include them was that they didn't want us to get everywhere right away. But they surely could design Outland in a way that this wouldn't be an issue.

one thing from what i have seen in the quest that follow the slaying of the green dragons in azeroth Malfurion speaks to you and keeper remulos and makes sound more like he is going to have to try and remove his madness before anything else it will most probably end in one of them killing the other so im not so sure the illidan as a boss is that probable especially considering hes such a stong entity now the only way you could kill him is by having hero classes and legendary equipment
